About Kanaeru
Kanaeru (叶える — "to make come true") is an AI-powered outcome delivery platform built by Kanaeru Labs. Instead of handing you a code assistant, Kanaeru takes a specification — a vision of what you want to exist — and orchestrates a fleet of AI agents that refine it into requirements, plan the work, execute it in isolated workspaces, review the results, and deliver production-ready software. Kana, the conversational interface, keeps a human in the loop for the decisions that matter while the orchestrator handles planning, task execution, code review, and delivery pipelines automatically.
What we build
Kanaeru turns specifications into shipped software. You describe an outcome in plain language — a feature, a product, an integration — and the platform decomposes it into a vision, requirements, blueprints, and executable tasks. AI agents then carry each task through implementation, automated review, and delivery, with progress you can inspect at every step.
The platform is built around a NestJS orchestrator, a Next.js chat client (Kana), an agent manager that runs coding agents across multiple runtimes, and a CLI. Agents work in isolated git worktrees, open pull requests, respond to review feedback, and drive their changes to a mergeable state.
Who we are
Kanaeru Labs is an independent software studio based in Sakai, Osaka, Japan, founded by Shreyas Shinde. We build agentic software delivery tooling and run client engagements where outcomes — not hours — are the unit of delivery.
