Kanaeru Privacy Notice

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and authentication identifiers from the sign-in provider you choose (Google or Microsoft). We do not receive or store your password.

Workspace content: the specifications, conversations, repositories, and artifacts you bring into the platform so agents can act on them. This content is processed to deliver the service and is scoped to your company workspace.

Operational data: logs, error reports, and usage events needed to keep the service reliable and secure. Error reporting is handled through Sentry with minimized payloads.

How we use and share it

We use data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. Workspace content is sent to the AI model providers configured for your workspace only as needed to execute the work you request. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train our own models.

Data is stored with vetted infrastructure providers (including Supabase, Vercel, and Render). Access within Kanaeru Labs is limited to what operating the service requires.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@kanaeru.ai. Closing your account removes workspace content on the schedule described in the beta terms. Questions about this notice reach the same address.
